The Red Elephant Communication platform is an all enclosed platform for regular phone lines and VOIP services. Additional software and / or services are from now on a thing of the past. Things like call centre applications, IVR modules, name address and postal code enrichment, postal code routing, input modules, payment modules, Incoming Call Recognition (e.g. VIP routing), real-time management reports, spam applications and lots more, are all standard and applicable in the TRE Communication platform.

The platform is easy to operate and to manage by you, our client, through the manager module. This enables companies to apply and activate anything the customer might need even outside office hours.

Interactive Voice Response

An Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system makes it possible that you, our client, are available without an operator. IVR is a software application that uses spoken messages that give the caller the right service or the right information. With this function it is possible to guide a customer through a menu so that they’ll finally get into direct contact with the department they need.

A lot of companies are currently working with comparable systems and technologies to make the service they offer more efficient. When the customers answer the questions truthfully they’ll get send to the right department where they will be helped by specialists and without bothering the other colleagues.
